Oh, goodness late as heck response from me. xAx I do hope my characters are okay, the only one I'm thinking may have an issue is Yellow due to his coat color, that or Janus with his two heads and his odd condition. IF there's anything else wrong with them, do tell meeeee. (I'm a mod I want to be PERFECT-- //shot)

Well, there is a disorder in which splits cartaint cells in animals(and humans) usually referred to, shockingly enough, a Janus disorder. That disorder causes a limb or part of the face to be doubled, sometimes the whole head.
There's a famous cat who's alive named FrankenLouie with that disorder. ;3

I don't really see what's so bad about a couple of cats, honestly. I mean, they are used in a lot of testing, as I understand. Of course, you're right in saying that them being warriors is just stupid. I'd suggest making a list of common tests and test animals for people to refer to. Also, people need to ask themselves how their rat's test (if tested on) benefits humanity, because let's face it -- people aren't just going to stick bird wings on a rat and turn it funny colors.

Yes, I totally understand, Kino! I realized I can't stop people from roleplaying cats, I'm only too paranoid about them being warriors. Such a thing has happened. In fact, I'm putting up cat adoptables soon for this RP. And I shall most definitely do that. Too many people have given rats wings.

here are some tips for character creation that i know of. 1: invent creative design that makes sense for every one and that you like, or to make it more interesting avoid your own tastes. 2: personality: check out some interesting historical figures or people you idolize or even hate and try to build that into the character. 3: people all behave differently in difficult situations try putting them in a new situation and learn about the character you have made 4: even if you end up hatting the character for some reason don't ditch them, instead make the character grow through rolplaying with people and slowly make the character mature. 5: "every one has a dark side": as this saying may be true don't heavily rely on this age old tool depending on the character, if your character is all for peace love and justice dont make them have an alter ego that is the pure opposite instead blend the too together and make and interesting character. 6: avoid mary sue characters not all people know what this means so heres a defition. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Sue7: STAY IN CHARACTER!! i must say this with as much energy as i can muster. i know so many people who will spit them selves into the character and end up changing the character into a clone of them selves. dont think what would i do? in the situation think WHAT WOULD YOUR CHARACTER DO! if provoked to fight what does your character do? if it is an aggressive character do they take a swing? is the character to afraid to hurt themselves or dont wish to hurt some one else? instead of right away replying take your time to anilize the situation and how many other characters are in the scene can you predict the situation and how it will turn out or can you change it to be unpredictable! 8: have fun it is suposed to be fun and if it gets stress full take a break and look at other characters in the roleplay and see how the creator works with them. my eight points for character development take your time. browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&global=1&q=character+creation#/d1yg4clthis may help thank you for reading DXD

I'm afraid not, sorry. In DNA experiments, the host doesn't take on any physical features of the other animal. This roleplay takes place in the present, so maybe tweak down the lizard part. But I do accept the part about the tail growing back.

I have a character called Hexus who's DNA is infused with plant matter (They did this because they had studied plants having certain regeneration and protection features that humans didn't have. The DNA testing failed causing Hexus to have a negative affect) Is it still ok for me to keep her
